TMC Innovation Factory is Texas Medical Center's 111,000 sq ft life science innovation hub — a converted 1948 Nabisco cookie factory on the edge of the world's largest medical campus — offering BSL-1/BSL-2 wet labs, electronics and mechanical testing labs, therapeutic biology/chemistry labs with shared instrumentation, and flexible office/coworking. Unlike a pure landlord, it bundles space with TMC's accelerator programs (Health Tech, BioBridge), the Center for Device Innovation, and a $75M TMC Venture Fund; resident companies have raised over $5.8B since 2015. In January 2026 TMC opened "Innovation Labs @ TMC," a 34,000 sq ft TMC-managed lab and life science office suite inside the Factory occupying the former JLABS @ TMC footprint.

11000 Cedar Startup Incubator (Case Western Reserve University)
US11000 Cedar is Case Western Reserve University's four-story, 80,000 sq ft startup incubator directly across from CWRU's main campus in Cleveland's Innovation District, with roughly 30,000 sq ft of wet lab space plus dry labs and offices. Its differentiator is a free shared Innovation Lab stocked with 24+ advanced instruments (SeqStudio, Attune NxT/CytPix, EVOS M7000, QuantStudio 6 Pro, Luminex 200, KingFisher Flex and more), plus three on-site Thermo Fisher supply centers with direct billing, so founders can "move in today, start your science tomorrow." Suites are delivered on a gross lease with utilities, DI water, CO2/gas, lab wastewater removal, backup generators and BSL-1/BSL-2 capable HVAC included.
ACC Bioscience Incubator
USThe ACC Bioscience Incubator (ABI) is Austin Community College's ~9,500 sq ft wet lab incubator on the Highland Campus (the former Highland Mall), billed as Austin's only dedicated bioscience startup incubator. Founders lease benches in one of four shared labs — or one of two exclusively-leased 400 sq ft ISO 8 cleanrooms with gowning rooms and piped gas — and get access to roughly $1.6M in shared instrumentation including an Illumina MiSeq, AKTA Pure FPLC, Beckman Optima ultracentrifuge, BD Accuri C6 flow cytometer and QuantStudio 3 qPCR. It's non-dilutive (companies keep 100% of IP and equity) and plugs startups into ACC's technical student workforce, three miles from the UT Austin campus.
