Prince William Science Accelerator
Part of Prince William County Department of Economic Development and Tourism (PWCDEDT)
About
A county-run BSL-2 wet lab incubator — rebranded "Endeavor234" in March 2025 — offering roughly 9,000 sq ft of purpose-built lab space in Manassas' Innovation Park, directly adjacent to George Mason University's Science & Technology campus. It is deliberately priced for pre-revenue life science startups, mixing eight-to-nine private lab/office suites (435–1,141 sq ft) with shared wet-lab benches, and pairs space with mentoring, workshops and Northern Virginia BioHub connections. Graduating tenants can scale across the street into the county-affiliated 30,000 sq ft NOVA Bioscience Center, making it a rare on-ramp-to-expansion pathway in the DC region.
