Part of Wake Forest University School of Medicine / Advocate Health (Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist)
About
Innovation Quarter is a 330-acre downtown innovation district in Winston-Salem affiliated with Wake Forest University School of Medicine and Advocate Health, spanning renovated tobacco-era factories and new construction. Its flagship startup offering is Sparq Labs at One Technology Place — customizable biotech lab modules from 300 to 2,500 sq ft with fume hoods, compressed air and vacuum lines, sited next door to the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine. Larger tenants can take office/lab suites in 525@vine, Bailey Power Plant and Bailey South, and the district is converting the newly acquired 190,000 sq ft Linden Center into flexible lab and biomanufacturing space.
