About
A 10,000 sq ft wet/dry lab incubator on the Harvard Medical School Quad in Longwood, built for Harvard-affiliated therapeutics ventures from pre-seed through roughly Series A and sized for about 12 resident companies. It is unusual in combining a hard Harvard-affiliation eligibility gate with LabCentral running day-to-day operations, so founders get LabCentral-grade facility management plus discounted access to HMS core facilities and a Therapeutics Development Translator for scientific guidance. Companies can start with a single month-to-month bench and scale to a private four-bench suite, but residency is capped at two years.
