The Biosciences Entrepreneurial Lab (BEL) is a 2,200+ sq ft turnkey wet lab incubator inside the University of Nevada, Reno's Applied Research Facility, run by the Nevada Center for Applied Research. Founders can take a monthly shared membership or a dedicated independent bench with no long-term lease, and fees are negotiated case-by-case under a Facilities and Equipment Use Agreement (max one-year term, renewable). The real draw is that tenancy unlocks NCAR's 30+ university core facilities — genomics, proteomics, bioinformatics, electron microscopy, nanofabrication cleanrooms and the Pronghorn HPC cluster — plus UNR student/intern talent pipelines.

USThe ACC Bioscience Incubator (ABI) is Austin Community College's ~9,500 sq ft wet lab incubator on the Highland Campus (the former Highland Mall), billed as Austin's only dedicated bioscience startup incubator.
