About
BioLabs@NYU Langone is a premier biotech co-working incubator run by the international BioLabs network in partnership with NYU Langone Health. In late 2025 it relocated from 180 Varick Street in Manhattan to a purpose-built 46,000 SF facility on the 6th floor of Innolabs in Long Island City, Queens, sitting alongside 105,000 SF of NYU Langone's own research programs in the same building. Its differentiator for founders is turnkey wet and dry benches plus direct access to NYU Langone's core facilities (genomics, proteomics, imaging, cytometry) and investor-facing programming.
