BTNB (Bio, Tech and Beyond) is a North San Diego County life science incubator offering one of the cheapest entry points into professional wet lab space: $1,500/month for a dedicated 10-foot BSL-2 bench that includes a desk, -20C/-80C freezer space, DI water, liquid nitrogen and access to roughly 30 shared instruments. Founded in 2013 as a City of Carlsbad-backed incubator, it bought its own 7,000 sq ft building at 6076 Corte Del Cedro in 2019 and houses a community of ~20 resident startups.
