Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst is a 300,000+ sq ft open-innovation life science campus sited next to GSK's R&D headquarters in the UK's "Golden Triangle", home to 4,000+ people across GSK, the Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult, LifeArc and Cytiva alongside biotechs that have collectively raised over £4bn. It offers an unusually complete escalator of space: a rent-free six-month Lab Hotel for seven pre-Series A therapeutics startups, low-cost Seed Works desks and Lab Works benches, 250–1,000 sq ft units in the Incubator, bespoke fit-outs across three floors of the Accelerator, and 1,000–2,000 sq ft cell-and-gene-focused units in the Spark building. Tenants get shared Community Lab and Cytiva Technology Lab access with on-site skilled lab personnel, plus mentoring, investor introductions, One Nucleus membership and GSK journal access.
