CoMotion Labs is the University of Washington's multi-industry startup incubator, running four locations across Seattle — Life Sciences and Hardware incubators in Fluke Hall, the Tech+ incubator at Startup Hall, and a downtown Climate Tech program at the Seattle Climate Innovation Hub. Icogenex is a privately run, 13,400 sq ft plug-and-play bioincubator in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood that has hosted nearly 100 life science companies since 2002 — seven of which went public and three of which were acquired. It is genuinely turnkey: Icogenex holds the BSL-2 permits and runs the safety program itself, so tenants take on no facility-compliance burden and can be fully operational within days of signing. Alexandria LaunchLabs is the incubator platform of Alexandria Real Estate Equities, offering research-ready, fully furnished private and shared lab and office space to seed- and early-stage life science companies of roughly 1–35 people across six US clusters: New York City, Cambridge, Seattle, San Diego, the SF Bay Area (Stanford Research Park) and Research Triangle.
