The NanoBio LaunchPad is Gateway Research Park's co-working incubator for early-stage nano-bio startups that need high-tech lab space at a size and price point commercial landlords rarely offer. Its real edge is physical adjacency to the Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering (JSNN) — tenants can tap a 7,000 sq ft cleanroom, materials test center, high-resolution MRI and university instrumentation that would be cost-prohibitive to buy. The facility is in Greensboro, NC, on Gateway's 75-acre South Campus, with a companion "Flex Lab" of 120–396 sq ft private labs on the North Campus in Brown Summit.
