Innosphere is a nonprofit science and technology incubator/accelerator whose Fort Collins headquarters is a 3-story LEED Platinum Innovation Center offering BSL-2 certified private wet labs of roughly 400-500 sq ft alongside office suites from 170 to over 2,000 sq ft. Unusually for an incubator, tenants get a fully built-out private lab (foot-pedal sinks, benches, ducted fume hoods, storage) rather than a shared bench, plus access to shared centrifuges, autoclaves, glasswashers, -86°C freezers, a Millipore ultrapure water system, NanoDrop and Qubit 4 instruments. Renting is decoupled from the accelerator, but tenants sit inside an active life sciences community — Innosphere named a 38-startup 2026 Life Sciences Incubator cohort.
