Co-Laboratories is a community-driven life sciences incubator founded by Laura Grimwood, focused on keeping wet lab space affordable so early-stage biotechs preserve runway for R&D rather than rent. Its Camden-borough site, "Lab Ready" at Regent's Place, is a 6,500 sq ft co-working lab of 35 fully serviced benches delivered in partnership with landlord British Land, sitting in London's Knowledge Quarter beside UCL, the Crick and Euston's research cluster. Note that the operator's original flagship Camden site at Cedar Way Industrial Estate (N1C 4PD) is no longer listed on their website — Regent's Place is now the live London location.
